Council resolved, at its Ordinary Meeting held 27 March 2024 to place the following draft document on public exhibition for comment for 28 days:
• Draft Revised Scores on Doors Policy.
A copy of the background report and the Draft Policy are attached.
The public exhibition period will close at midnight on 5 May 2024. Written submissions should be addressed to the General Manager, and forwarded via email to council@brokenhill.nsw.gov.au.
Please note: Submissions may be published in Council's Business Papers. All personal identifying information will be redacted from submissions prior to publishing in accordance with the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 and Council's adopted Privacy Management Plan.
