If you haven't changed your password it will be automatically set to your eight digit date of birth, e.g. 05081987

Please change your password after your first login.

If you're unsure of which form you need to submit, or what it's called, you can try the search feature on the forms page.

It could be at the top, bottom, or right hand side of the page depending on the device you are using.

It might sound silly but if you've just moved to town it might pay to double check you have the right street/lane adress

Step 3.Look it up

Choose either the "use my location" option or enter your street address and press search.
