From 01 July 2021, all Construction Certificate, Subdivision Certificate and Occupation Certificate applications are required to be lodged via the NSW Planning Portal.
Council advises certification work and all inspections required under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 in connection with certification work for which Council has been engaged, will be carried out by one of the following certifiers:
