A Statement of Attainment will be awarded in SIT30622 Cert III Hospitality upon successful completion of the four units listed below.

SITXFSA005 Use hygienic practices for food safety.

SITHFAB025 Prepare and serve espresso coffee.

SITHFAB027 Serve food and beverage.

SITHFAB021 Provide responsible service of alcohol (NSW RSA Competency Card).

To make the most of this course, and ensure eligibility for funding, learners are required to attend all four days and complete all four units.

Enrolments are welcome from anyone! Dress requirements for the duration of training is smart casual with enclosed shoes.
