DRAFT PLAN ON PUBLIC EXHIBITION
Council resolved, at its Ordinary Meeting held 26 August 2026, to place the Draft Privacy Management Plan on public exhibition.
Public exhibition commenced on Friday, 28 August 2026 and will close at midnight on Saturday, 26 September 2026.
Written submissions regarding the Draft Plan should be addressed to the General Manager and forwarded via email to council@brokenhill.nsw.gov.au or by mail to the PO Box 448, Broken Hill.
Please note: Submissions may be published in Council Business Papers. All personal identifying information will be redacted from submissions prior to publishing in accordance with the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 and Council’s adopted Privacy Management Plan.
