DRAFT POLICY, PLANS AND PROGRAM ON PUBLIC EXHIBITION
Council resolved, at its Ordinary Meeting held 30 September 2026, to place the following draft documents on public exhibition.
- Draft Access to Information Policy
- Draft Development Control Plan
- Draft Companion Animals Management Plan
- Draft Swimming Pool Barrier Inspection Program
Public exhibition commenced on Friday, 2 October 2026 will close at midnight on Saturday, 31 October 2026.
Written submissions regarding the draft documents should be addressed to the General Manager and forwarded via email to council@brokenhill.nsw.gov.au or by mail to the PO Box 448, Broken Hill.
Please note: Submissions may be published in Council Business Papers. All personal identifying information will be redacted from submissions prior to publishing in accordance with the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 and Council’s adopted Privacy Management Plan.
