Broken Hill City Council have a range of facilities and services that may be closed or operating over alternate hours over the Easter long weekend. Please find full list of trading hours and operational information below.
Council’s Administrative Centre, Civic Centre and Warnock Street Depot will be closed Friday, 3rd April and will re-open Tuesday, 7th April 2026.
Animal Services will be closed over the easter period. Stray dogs may be delivered to the Shelter from 9:30am to 10:30am and 4pm to 5pm during this period.
Waste Collection Services will not be affected with normal kerbside and green waste collections commencing from 6am.
Our online services are available 24 hours, 7 days a week.
