We're hosting a special grandparents themed Saturday storytime session in honour of NSW Grandparents Day!
It is a celebration of the role grandparents and older people play in our society and all the marvellous things they have done and continue to do.
There will be guest readers for our stories, with activities afterwards! We hope to see lots of grandparents spreading the library love - This program is free as is library membership.
The next Saturday storytime session is scheduled for Saturday 2nd February 2019.

School holiday activities
The library will be holding activities to suit a range of interests and age groups during the school holidays.
Activities are scheduled for 11am - 12.30pm unless otherwise advertised

Friday flicks - every Friday in January we will be hosting Friday flicks - with movies shown on the projector in the children's area! Movie selected will be rated G or PG - Movie selections will be announced closer to the date.
Attendance is free.
No bookings required.
Library membership is free, as is computer and wifi use.
Parental permission for children under 18 is required for computer usage.
Little Bang Discovery Club
Little Bang Discovery Club is designed for pre-schoolers and lower primary aged children and their accompanying adult co-learners to develop ideas and skills that inspire scientific exploration and learning.
Tuesday 22nd January 11am - session one – collecting & classifying.
Thursday 24th January 11am - session two – measuring & recording
Tuesday 29th January 11am - session three –experimenting
Thursday 31st January 11am - session four – science fair & graduation
The LBDC is designed for adult involvement and is delivered over four sessions, enrolment in the program will enrol you in each session. Attendance at all sessions is encouraged. Numbers are limited and registrations will open closer to program commencement date.
