You're Invited to the reveal of Vae Victis! The sack of Morocco by the Almohades.
Broken Hill Regional Art Gallery invites you to come along as we reveal and celebrate the return of our most valuable and controversial piece in our collection. After an official unveiling of the work back in the permanent gallery, join Cushla Hill, senior paintings conservator from the Centre for Cultural Materials Conservation, as she explains the process of repairing, researching and returning our cities most valuable work.

Our education program is specifically targeted to primary and secondary schools and includes guided tours and workshop activities designed to provide a meaningful and engaging learning experience. We also provide tours and activities for other community groups and visitors. Bookings for educational programs do need to be organised in advance.
