The Community Strategic Plan is Council’s highest level plan. It identifies the main priorities and aspirations for the future of the city for a minimum 10 year period.
The Delivery Program shows the actions associated with meeting the community’s strategic goals. It is a statement of commitment from each newly elected Council to meet the goals identified in the Community Strategic Plan.
The Operation Plan supports Council’s Delivery Program and is prepared annually. It identifies individual projects and activities that will be undertaken for the financial year and how these will be financed.
