The Operational Plan is prepared as a sub-plan of the Delivery Program and directly details the activities that will be undertaken over a 12 month period to meet the objectives and strategies outlined in the Delivery Program.
The Operational Plan also includes content relating to Council’s annual statement of revenue policy:
- Estimated income and expenditure
- Ordinary rates and special rates
- Proposed fees and charges
- Council’s proposed pricing methodology
- Proposed borrowings
