Council resolved, at its Ordinary Meeting held 30 October 2024 to place the proposal on public exhibition for a period of 28 days for a licence to the Country Womens' Association for use of the Alma Institute, Patton Street to allow for the proposed expansion of Playtime Preschool into the Fred Jobson Community Centre.

The public exhibition period will close at midnight on Wednesday 18 December 2024.
