Life coaching workshops to mark NSW Women’s Week

Women of all ages are invited to take advantage of free life coaching sessions to be held as part of NSW Women's Week.

NSW Women's Week will run from March 8 and coincides with International Women's Day, and the NSW Women of the Year Awards.

'Head Coach' will provide free morning and evening life coaching workshops throughout the week, with in-person or Zoom meeting options available.

Registration is required, and Zoom links and registration can be found on Council's online Events Calendar.

The schedule of workshops is as follows:


Workshop 1, March 8, ‘Goal Setting (Dream, plan achieve)

Zoom event 10am, Face to face event 4pm at RFDS Wellbeing Place, Blende Street


Workshop 2, March 10, ‘The Power Of You’ (Think, feel, action)

Zoom event 10am, Face to face event 4pm at RFDS Wellbeing Place, Blende Street


Workshop 3, March 13, ‘Visualisation’ (Dream it, live it)

Face to face event only, 10am at RFDS Wellbeing Place, Blende Street

Mayor Darriea Turley AM encouraged local women to take advantage of the range events taking place.

"This is an ideal opportunity for women and girls to benefit from these specialised workshops," said Mayor Turley.

"We have some amazing women in our community and these events are just a small way we can acknowledge all they do."

Local NSW Women's Week events are supported by Broken Hill City Council and the NSW Government.
