My Dearest Dear

Join the Albert Kersten Mining & Minerals Museum (GeoCentre) for an intimate performance by local musicians My Dearest Dear (Alexandra Rosenblum and Oli Dear). As part of the Broken Hill Music Festival, supported by West Darling Arts, My Dearest Dear’s haunting acoustic performance will be set against the façade of the old Miner’s Cottage.

Join us from 12pm for this FREE EVENT. Enter via the GeoCentre main or rear entrances to check-in.

My Dearest Dear are a country, folk duo living and singing in Far West NSW on Wilyakali and Barkindji land. Telling stories of old amongst landscapes that hold their harmonies, the pair bring a world almost forgotten to a new light.  Magnolia trees, Motels, Love and Loss are among some of the themes scattered through their stories to be told.

This program is proudly funded by the NSW Government through Arts Restart
