We are excited to share in the festivities for 2023 and we cannot wait for residents to experience the joy of Christmas and get involved in the range of activities happening across the Broken Hill region.

 

No Christmas in Broken Hill is complete without experiencing our giant light up Bauble, Reindeer, Sleigh and Christmas Tree and Festive Lighting in the centre of town in iconic Town Square.

Other family favourites are back including the Projections on the front of Town Hall Facade and the Civic Centre Building, as well as the ever-popular neon lighting in Sturt Park.

While you’re enjoying the festive spirit, you can take advantage of the chance to shop locally for unique gifts. Small businesses in our region have been busy stocking their shelves to make this Christmas special for everyone. We encourage everyone to dine, shop and gift local this holiday season.
