Broken Hill provides a stunning environment for filming, with its rich tapestry of landscape and mining, heritage, agriculture and art.

That tapestry can also be seen in the identity of the people, the architecture of the City and a determination that the community remains vibrant and strong.

Since 1982 well over 300 new film and media productions have been shot around Broken Hill and with the development of the Broken Hill Studios Precinct we are further cementing ourselves within the film industry.
